Allan Blood
Allan co-founded Pan Pacific Fertilisers and has more than 40 years' experience in the energy sector, including urea development, leadership and ownership roles across energy development and engineering businesses.
CHIEF EXECUTIVE - ELECT
Richard Lyon
Richard has more than 40 years' experience in the energy and mining industries, including 33 years with Chevron Corporation, where he was a senior project director, specialising in the planning and delivery of large-scale energy projects. He has been associated with the Victorian urea project for seven years.
CHAIR - ELECT
Rob Neale
Rob spent two decades with Exxon, where he rose to become Global Head of their minerals division and later served for 17 years as Chief Executive of New Hope Coal. He has extensive experience in coal chemistry and value-added industrial applications, whilst having considerable CEO and Chairman experience.
DIRECTOR - ELECT
John Lewis
John has had more than 45 years’ experience in fertiliser production, logistics, and international fertiliser markets. He was also involved with the original development of the urea fertiliser industry in New Zealand. He is a certified auditor.
DIRECTOR - ELECT
Ian Nethercote
Ian was the Chief Executive of Loy Yang Power Station in Victoria, one of the largest power stations in Australia, with an output of 2200 MW. He is a very senior engineer with extensive operational experience across large-scale coal-fired power generation and coal mining assets. As Chief Executive, he also had extensive experience in the refinancing of Loy Yang power station, which was a multi-billion-dollar undertaking.

Dr John White
John has more than 40 years of experience managing complex gas and chemical plant developments, up to billion-dollar stages, including work on low to zero emission technology initiatives. He has also had project director experience on large scale naval ship building projects.

Derek Murray
Derek had more than 40 years of experience in senior finance and accounting roles with major Australian companies, including Coles-Myer and Wesfarmers.
